At TheCloud we can provide colocation services to individual customer requirements, from 1u to multiple rack solutions, giving your customers greater flexibility. Your customer gets to specify the hardware configuration of the server and the software that goes on it. TheCloud maintains the connection to the internet and deals with environmental details such as uninterruptible power supplies (UPSs), fire controls, and air conditioning. The customer is responsible for just the server’s upkeep.

Additional resilience can be obtained by mirroring secondary servers in one of TheCloud’s other data centres, ensuring business continuity.
